Getting Ready For Christmas!

Well it is almost Christmas time and we have been getting ready for Christmas, I'm sure like everybody else!  This year we decided to have a "theme" for our Christmas tree.  My mom has always had a sentimental tree with different types of ornaments she has received throughout the years.  Those are super fun to look at and definitely fun to discuss.  However, I am not the most sentimental type of person...SO a theme suits me a little better.  AKA, I absolutely love our tree this year.  It is a bit on the small side to fit our tiny apartment, but the red and silver make it look amazing.  Actually, the red and silver kind of make it look like an Ohio State Tree (go bucks!) and I think that is really why I like it!

And we are very thankful for the ability to have lots of presents underneath our tree this year!

After putting up our tree, we decided to play with Brutus in the snow because he absolutely loves the cold and snow!  In fact, Derek decided to play the "sock game" with him in an open field full of snow.  That is Brutus' other favorite thing to do!
