Weekend Recap!

Happy Monday Everyone!  Hope you had a great weekend.  Ours was actually action-packed!  For everybody that does not know, I am the president of my graduate program.  With this officer position comes some duties, naturally.  One of those duties is to plan fun and fabulous parties ; )!  Well this weekend was our program's "Last Supper."  I have been planning for months and I must say, the night turned out so much better then planned!

The dinner was at a local steakhouse with a stunning cocktail room / dining room!  Four details about the event:  

1. Food was A-MAZING!
2. I had the honor of being accepted into the honor's society
3. The speech I had to give went over really well!
4. The email from the program director today said it was their best last supper...ever!

So after the dinner, most of our class managed to all end up downtown at Cadillac Ranch.  The weather was absolutely gorgeous!  We were able to utilize the outside bar all night!

Yes, there was a mechanical bull there, and yes, that is someone from our program on it, and NO I did not ride it.  I had a dress on for goodness sakes ; )

You can definitely tell it was getting towards the end of the night....we were VERY excited!
