Cincinnati Flicks

So ladies, which one of you have to compete with this for the next couple of weeks:

Ugh, yeah me too!  Whatevs…

Moving on to the blog topic at hand for today.  I’m rather new to Cincinnati and after watching Ides of March, I was excited to see if there were any other movies filmed in Cincinnati.  Turns out, I’m behind the times.  Look what I found:

Rain Man, 1988

Tango & Cash, 1989

Traffic, 2000

Summer Catch, 2000

Seabiscuit, 2003

Mr. 3000, 2004

Elizabethtown, 2005

Any cool movies filmed in your city?

Not competing with Call of Duty but I am competing with hunting season. If it's not deer, it's ducks!

Summer Catch & Elizabethtown are two of my fav movies how neat! Not sure what movies have been filmed here in Tampa but pretty sure there have been a couple :-)

Call of Duty... Yep. My husband and I keep joking that he'll be cheating on me with his video games again =)

You can add me to the list! My fiancé picked up his copy this morning. I asked him a question about dinner and it took him 2 minutes (I timed it) to respond. You're not alone!

I Love Elizabeth Town...I haven't seen that movie in a while. That new movie Money Ball just came out and was filmed 10 minutes away from my house.Good luck with the Call of Duty!

I know how you feel about Call of Duty! I feel like that was all my boyfriend did tonight. I have to wait and tell him whatever is on my mind between games. haha

Wow, I had no idea so many were filmed there!

We had "The Blue and the Grey" filmed here once - so I'm told. I think it's an old movie about the Civil War...

There's not that much exciting stuff in Arkansas. :) I think people only film here if they need semi-wilderness. Haha

I didn't know Rain Man was filmed there. Part of Elizabethtown was filmed in Oklahoma too. I remember when they filmed it a bunch of friends went downtown to the bombing memorial to stalk Orlando Bloom. :)
