Lookey what arrived at my door step yesterday evening…..

YES, a Kitchen Aid mixer!!!!!!  I’ve wanted one of these my whole entire life…ok maybe not in its entirety but just believe me when I say that I’ve had my eye on these babies for long time!  When my 30% off coupon from Kohls arrived in the mail last month, I snagged this beauty as fast as you can say, “let’s bake some cookies”.  We cannot wait to make some homemade pizza and chocolate chip cookies!

The next little item that landed on my door this afternoon is…

My first Green B.E.A.N delivery!!  This is the home delivery service of organic produce and natural groceries.  I have seen this type of service offered throughout the country but I had no idea they offered it here in little ol’ Cincinnati!  As you can see, we started out with the basics: bananas, tomatoes, apples, oranges, peppers, onions, lettuce, and fresh herbs.  Thank you Miss Monica for letting me know about the company and service.

Lastly, remember here when I mentioned that I got my hair done at a new salon / new stylist?  Well, first I absolutely LOVE what she did with my hair.  And yes, she of course suckered me into new hair products.  See- I’m such an easy sell when it comes to products…..what can I say, I love trying new things!  Most of the time I’m disappointed, but NOT this time!!  She recommended the Oribe dry texturizing spray.  Seriously ladies, go out and buy this TODAY!  I’m not even kidding. 

Let me give you a little more of the details.  I started using the Moroccan Oil shampoo and conditioner and loved it because it made my hair so sleek….well in turn for keeping my wave under control, the S&C also weighed my hair down soooo bad.  As in, couldn’t go more than 1 day without shampooing it and it also lacked in the volume department.  So, I have also recently switched S&C.  But that’s a whole other discussion, so totally let me know if you are interested in how I’ve found a method to not weigh my hair down but keep it super straight.

Moving on to this texturizing spray….this stuff is amazing.  First, I literally can go three days in between shampooing and my hair feels and smells amazing.  So it acts like a dry shampoo.  Second, this baby can give you better volume than say, a jumbo jet blowing your hair around.  I’m so serious.  What this video:
