Next year, we are going to Italy!!!!!! We have been planning this for so very long. I was fortunate to study abroad in Italy, so I’m soooooo excited to go back! However, this will be our first out-of-the-country experience together so it will definitely be fun!
I would love to hear of any suggestions or “go-to” places or just any good travel planning websites. We will be traveling for 12 days and probably plan to stay northern. So PLEASE suggest away!

That's awesome! I've been once when I was a teen and did not appreciate it to it's fullest. I was too worried about all the cute boys and could care less about the beauty and culture. I'm so excited for you guys to go! It will be so romantic!

Yess! I am so excited for you guys! Italy is so maazing. You guys must do a gondola ride in Venice if you go there...it's pricey but so romantic! I miss eaing gelatto everyday!
Portofino!!!!! We went this summer and it was beautiful!!!!! The entire Italian Riviera is so beautiful!

That will be an amazing trip. I've also been to Italy, as well as other European countries. Kevin and I want to go over there and he's never been. It will be awesome to share that new experience with him :)

so fun, we've been married almost 2 years and haven't gone on a honeymoon either! I loved Italy my two favorite places that I would squeeze in were the Tivoli Gardens and Capri - so beautiful!

Yay!! How exciting :-) i went to europe a couple of years ago, but did not get to go to Italy. It is on my bucket list. So happy for you two!

Yay!! SO exciting!! you have to go to the Cinque Terre! That's where my husband and I got engaged actually! It's gorgeous and there's a beach so... it's perfect! And of course Rome, The Vatican, Florence and if you have time also go to Positano or Sorrento they are wonderful little art towns! Have so much fun!

Sigh - I am so jealous of your honeymoon to Italy! My bf from HS went there on her honeymoon and she absolutely loved it! It's going to be so much fun! YAY!

New follower here found you through Faith's blog, Life, Love&Marriage! Congrats on your award nomination. Hubs and I will be returning to Italy in 2 weeks....eeeek, I can't wait. I wish I could make suggestions but we'll be in the south (roma, florence) then head up to Milan to visit friends. Hope you have a wonderful honeymoon. Perhaps when I return I can suggest a few places in Milan.
